consulting the trip books is absolutely necessary. Thanks to them you could find information concerning the trip (prices, terms…).
The reservation is taken into account when accompanied with a minimum of 30% of the total amount . We shall confirm your booking by return of mail. The balance of the reservation must be settled necessarily 30 days before the date of arrival to Lajes do Pico (without reminderof our part), without this balance your reservation will automatically be cancelled.
In case of cancellation by the client, our policy of refund is the following one:
- more than 30 days before your arrival in Lajes do Pico we refund 100% of the deposit
- between 30 and 8 days before arrival in Lajes do Pico we keep the 30% deposits
- 8 days or less before arrival in Lajes do Pico we keep 100% of the deposit
We recommend you to subscribe an insurance in case you have to cancel your reservayion. This insurance is generally included when paying by credit card.
